Background:
Callie Bradley has been a musician from the very beginning. Since taking up the piano at age 5, and violin at age 8, she has added lots of other instruments to the list, including (but not limited to) the mandolin, cello, guitar, bass guitar, and upright bass - she's even dabbled in a little trumpet playing from time to time. She has a Bachelor's degree from Dickinson College in Music Composition, has played in multiple bands and orchestras, and enjoys writing pieces from symphonic works to chamber quartets to pop and bluegrass tunes.Lessons:
Callie is primarily teaching violin lessons, but also has a few piano and guitar students, and is now
taking new students at the beginning and intermediate levels. She currently teaches in Oak Creek, Yampa, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado, but can make other arrangements upon request.
It's that time of year again - the weather is heating up, and event season will be in full swing. Callie will be available for various types of live performance starting in mid-March, and would be honored to provide the music and entertainment for your wedding, conference, private party, or other event. Equipped with a PA system for larger functions, as well as acoustic instrumentation for smaller, more intimate settings, Callie's vocal and instrumental stylings can be adapted to a variety of venues.
Composition:
Callie will also compose pieces specifically
for your event, according to your personal
preferences - such as a love song or entrance
music for your wedding ceremony, or a
string quartet for your dinner party or other
black tie affair. For examples of some of
